College football top to bottom: The 1-130 rankings after Week 4

By Mike Huguenin, On3 Sports: There are two new teams in the top 10, and one moved in by beating a team that had been in last week’s top 10. In addition, there are seven new teams in the top 25 as last week was particularly tough for a bunch of teams that had been ranked between 15^th and 25^th.

Anyway, here are this week’s 1-130 rankings; the rankings are updated every Tuesday during the season. There are comments on each of the top-25 teams; in addition, there are comments on other noteworthy teams this week.

Here are our rankings after Week 4. After a chaotic Saturday, there are two new teams in the top 10 and seven new teams in the top 25.
