By Will Backus, CBS Sports: The College Football Playoff unveiled dates, times and television information for the 2025 quarterfinals, semifinals and the College Football Playoff National Championship. Action is set to commence at 7:30 p.m. ET on Dec. 31 with the Cotton Bowl, which is hosting one of the quarterfinal round games.
For the first time in the College Football Playoff era, New Year’s Day will host a tripleheader of quarterfinal round games with the Orange Bowl starting things off at noon.
