By Brad Crawford, 247Sports: Colin Cowherd has made it a point this spring to tout Lincoln Riley’s arrival at USC as a program-changing moment for the Trojans, going so far as calling the former Oklahoma coach’s first spring practice in Los Angeles as the “greatest ever” last month.
