Abeytia, USCFootball: We may be entering the final chapters of USC’s spring camp as the Trojans take the field Saturday for one of their final four practices of what Head Coach Clay Helton described as a 13-week cycle that included a team culture-building grind of a winter conditioning session. While we may be near the end of spring ball, Helton confirmed that we are not anywhere close to the final chapters of the competition for the backup quarterback slot. With Mo Hasan out with a knee injury, it’s come down to freshmen Miller Moss and Jaxson Dart and Helton talked about his ideal timeline and what he’s told the quarterback room about what to expect.
