It lost 34-31. On the Bruins’ final drive, starting quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson went down with an injury and redshirt freshman quarterback Ethan Garbers stepped in, nearly leading the offense into field goal range for the game tying score.
However, he threw an interception.
