By Dean Straka, 247Sports: Former Utah and Baylor quarterback Charlie Brewer has officially entered the NCAA transfer portal, a source confirmed to 247Sports Thursday.
Brewer, who transferred from Baylor to Utah after the 2020 season and was named the team’s Week 1 starter for the 2021 season, left the Utes program in September after being replaced by Cameron Rising several games into the year.
