247Sports: The achievement of a college basketball coach winning 800 games in a career is something that very few have actually been able to achieve. Only nine coaches in the history of the game have reached that mark and only a few current coaches are knocking on the doorstep. It’s an elite club.
But while it’s a difficult accomplishment to reach, it’s not all that difficult to predict who might be there at some point in their careers. With the success they’ve had early in their careers, it can be predictable who will continue to climb the list, despite still being hundreds of wins away.
