By John Canzano, Bald Faced Truth: A couple of fired Pac-12 Conference executives filed a complaint this week, alleging they were wrongfully terminated. Mark Shuken and Brett Willman were dismissed earlier this year for failing to properly report a $50 million error that happened on their watch.
Comcast says it overpaid the Pac-12 by $5 million a year for a decade. The complaint filed this week insists that the men did, in fact, report the issue to then-commissioner Larry Scott, but Scott told them “not to say or do anything.”
