By John Canzano, The Oregonian/OregonLive: Turns out the Oregon Lottery had about enough of running a sports book. It’s shutting down the Scoreboard app and contracting with DraftKings to run our state’s sports-wagering operation.
As its first act, DraftKings should set a line on when our state legislature will wake up.
