By Nick Kosko, 247Sports: Caleb Williams did it, so he wants to tell other players to potentially do it too. The USC quarterback transferred this offseason from Oklahoma, essentially following head coach Lincoln Riley from the Sooners to Southern California.
The potential Heisman Trophy candidate had a message for other players in the NCAA Transfer Portal. It was a recruiting pitch of sorts, but Williams raved about the culture being built at USC under Riley, ahead of the 2022 season.
