By Jackson Moore, Bear Territory: While college football programs are focused on closing out official visits for the 2024 class to end June, the California Golden Bears scored an early 2025 commitment. Folsom (Calif.) High School 3-Star running back Carter Jackson announced his decision for Cal on Friday.
Jackson said he landed on Cal as his future home after a recent unofficial visit and credited the coaching staff’s culture, his relationship with running backs coach Aristotle Thompson and more for picking Cal.
