By Jeff Faraudo, Cal Sports Report: Cal picked up a fifth commitment to its 2025 football recruiting class after quarterback Robert McDaniel of Hughson High near Modesto, California, he announced on social media.
A 6-foot-1, 190-pounder, McDaniel passed for 2,839 yards with 33 touchdowns and just four interceptions as a junior last fall. He also ran for three TDs.
