SI CalSportsReport: The 2020 Cal football season will be a weird one regardless of how each Saturday unfolds: No non-conference games, the season opener in November, no fans, daily COVID-19 testing, an abbreviated seven-game schedule.
The Pac-12 is expected to release the re-worked conference schedule sometime soon, and Cal will play its first game on the weekend of Nov. 6-7 against a league rival.
