BYU sets program record for largest shutout in 69-0 win over Portland State

By Brian Preece, KSL Sports: It took the BYU Cougars 11:02 to score in 2025. They took off like a rocket from there, setting the program record for a shutout in a 69-0 win over Portland State.

The previous record was a 65-0 win over New Mexico in 1988.

The BYU Cougars began the 2025 season by hosting Portland State at LaVell Edwards Stadium on Saturday, August 30.
