By Brian Preece, KSL Sports: The BYU Cougars are expected to be without the services of sophomore corner Jonathan Kabeya for the team’s season-opener against Portland State. Kabeya is working his way back from an undisclosed injury.
Kabeya was not listed on the Cougar depth chart released on Monday, August 25.
“We’ve got some guys working through some things,” Kalani Sitake said when asked about Kabeya’s absence on the depth chart. “We’re not gonna name any injuries or issues unless it’s a season-ending.”
