By Carsen Cloud, KTVB.com: Boise State’s iconic Blue Turf has been nominated yet again for the “Best Attraction for Sports Fans” in the United States. The “smurf turf” won the title last year and is nominated as a candidate again this year.
The list comes from a USA TODAY expert panel who released the candidates for the 2024 10 Best Readers’ Choice travel awards. The Blue at Albertsons Stadium won first place last year over multiple sport-specific museums and the “Field of Dreams” movie site.
