By Kiana Watchman, CBS 2 Idaho News: Boise State University’s Albertsons Stadium is undergoing a significant transformation with the North End Zone project, which began construction in January. The project promises to enhance the fan experience with new event spaces, restrooms, concessions, and wider pathways.
Nathan Burke, Senior Associate Athletic Director of Operations and Governance, said, “When we put those seats in there that gets us an additional 6,000 seats in Albertsons Stadium and not only 6,000 additional seats but between the 30’s and 25’s will be chairbacks… which is something that we’re desperately missing which is why we pivoted to all premium in this area because we have lots of options if you wanna come and have a bleacher seat.”
