By B.J. Rains, Bronco Nation News: Boise State EDGE coach and co-special teams coordinator Kelly Poppinga is expected to leave after just one season with the Broncos to take a position at BYU, sources told Bronco Nation News on Sunday evening.
Poppinga played and coached at BYU previously. He was an All-Mountain West linebacker for the Cougars and helped them win two Mountain West championships as a player. He also coached at BYU from 2009-2015.
