Boise State adds new game day food items at Albertsons Stadium for 2025

By Aspen Shumpert, KTVB.com: After serving a record-breaking crowd in a single game of nearly 40,000 fans last season, Boise State University’s culinary team has expanded both its menu and kitchen staff for the 2025 football season.

“If fans are coming into a game, they’re here to watch the greatest collegiate football team ever, in the best stadium in the best city in the world, I think having great food is just going to cap off on to the experience,” Executive Chef Rolland Cruz told KTVB.
