247Sports: Big Ten basketball fans hoping to watch their teams in the conference tournament received encouraging news on Thursday morning. The Big Ten has announced in a press release that a limited capacity of 8,000 fans will be allowed inside of Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, for the Big Ten Tournament, set to begin next week.
