Beavers' secondary working toward a bounce-back year

Beaver Blitz: The one position group on Oregon State’s football roster that struggled the most in 2019 was the defensive backfield, but the unit’s fortunes may be turning around after an offseason in which Jonathan Smith and his staff brought in a slew of reinforcements via the junior college ranks.

The secondary also returns many of its starters from a year ago, and with that additional experience, the group is trending upward.
