Athlon Sports ranking of the Pac-12 football coaches for 2023

By Steven Lassan, Athlon Sports: USC’s Lincoln Riley and Utah’s Kyle Whittingham take the top spots in the Pac-12 coach rankings for 2023, but the conference has added plenty of depth in recent seasons. Washington’s Kalen DeBoer quickly emerged as one of the Pac-12’s top coaches after a strong 11-2 debut in Seattle last fall.

Oregon State is a program on the rise under coach Jonathan Smith, while Deion Sanders is poised to turn things around in Boulder. Also, Stanford’s hire of Troy Taylor should get the program back on track, and Kenny Dillingham is the right pick to help Arizona State reach its potential in the Pac-12.
