By Steve Lassan, Athlon Sports: Washington fired coach Jimmy Lake on Sunday, becoming the third Pac-12 job to open this season. The news of Lake’s dismissal was reported by The Athletic and Yahoo Sports.
Lake was suspended following a sideline incident with a player against Oregon on Nov. 6, and the program made the decision to end his run as head coach on Sunday.
