By Jon Kinne, Athlon Sports: We are entering the craziest of offseasons for the Big 12. After years of having 10 teams in the league, 14 will compete for the conference crown in 2023 before the conference goes back to 12 with Oklahoma and Texas set to depart for the SEC a year earlier than originally expected.
So as the Big 12 welcomes the four newcomers while preparing to bid farewell to two blue bloods, it is yet to be determined who will be the power teams moving forward.
