By Athlon Sports: California is a tough college football job, but the pressure is building on coach Justin Wilcox after a 4-8 mark in ’22. The Golden Bears are 10-18 over the last three years and have yet to earn a winning mark in Pac-12 play under Wilcox’s direction.
Getting back on track and into a bowl will require major improvement offensively. California hopes a new coordinator (Jake Spavital) and quarterback (Sam Jackson V) can jumpstart a group that averaged only 23.9 points a contest in ’22.
