Sun Devil Source: Arizona State is still planning to play at this weeks’ Empire Classic at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, after its first scheduled opponent in the event, No. 2 Baylor, is reportedly no longer participating after a positive COVID-19 test from its head coach, Scott Drew.
Rhode Island is likely to replace the Bears as the Sun Devils’ first opponent on Wednesday according to CBS college basketball insider Jon Rothstein.
