Sun Devil Source: Arizona State co-wide receivers and tight ends coach Derek Hagan will not return to the team next year after his contract was not renewed, according to a person directly familiar with the development.
After former ASU wide receivers coach Charlie Fisher and tight ends coach Donnie Yantis were dismissed after the 2019 Territorial Cup, Hagan and Prentice Gill were named co-receivers coaches prior to the program’s appearance in the 2019 Sun Bowl against Florida State. A 35-year-old at the time of his promotion, Hagan had been an offensive analyst for the Sun Devils for two years.
