By Ezra Amacher, Arizona Desert Swarm: Arizona point guard James Akinjo has entered the transfer portal, according to Jake Weingarten of Stockrisers.
Akinjo is the second Arizona guard in three days to enter the transfer portal, joining freshman Kerr Kriisa. Kriisa, Both guards announced their decisions to transfer in the wake of Sean Miller’s dismissal, but Kerr is reportedly still open to returning to the program under new head coach Tommy Lloyd.
