247Sports: Arizona offensive lineman Robert Congel has entered the NCAA transfer portal, 247Sports can confirm. Congel started his career at Texas A&M in 2017 before transferring to Arizona following his freshman season.
After sitting out the 2018 season due to transfer rules, Congel played a big role for the Wildcats in his two seasons with the program.
