By Brian J. Pedersen, Arizona Desert Swarm: Injuries have been added to the insult that is Arizona’s disappointing 2024 season.
UA coach Brent Brennan announced Monday that junior linebacker Jacob Manu and redshirt freshman offensive lineman Rhino Tapa’toutai would miss the remainder of the season due to injuries sustained in last weekend’s home loss to Colorado. They were among several notable players to go down in that game, leading Brennan afterward to declare the Wildcats were in “rare air” when it came to injuries.
