By Jason Scheer, Wildcat Authority: When Jedd Fisch was first hired by Arizona and got acclimated to the job, he was adamant that the Wildcats would be having an open quarterback competition and he wanted to build up the quarterback room overall.
Now that he has done that, Fisch’s plans have not changed and despite the fact that not everybody will be on campus for spring ball, Fisch still is working to find a way to make sure each quarterback s given a chance.
