The UCLA Bruins lead the way with 36, after their most recent appearance in 2023, followed by Arizona with 20—counting the current run—and Utah with 16, having last made the Sweet 16 in 2015.
A total of 14 teams have played in at least five. Boise State, Hawai’i, and Air Force have yet to appear in one.
Gonzaga has made the most consecutive appearances with nine straight while San Diego State has been in the last two.
