Alabama OC Bill O'Brien, OL coach Doug Marrone test positive for COVID-19

By Alex Scarborough, ESPN: Alabama offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien and offensive line coach Doug Marrone have tested positive for COVID-19, the school announced Wednesday.

Both are expected to return in time for the start of the College Football Playoff on Dec. 31, when No. 1 Alabama will play No. 4 Cincinnati in the CFP Semifinal at the Goodyear Cotton Bowl.

Alabama assistants O'Brien, Marrone test positive

Two Alabama assistant coaches -- offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien and offensive line coach Doug Marrone -- have tested positive for COVID-19 and are isolating from the team, the school announced Wednesday.
