By Greg Biggins, 247Sports: Los Alamitos (Calif.) junior quarterback Malachi Nelson has backed off his commitment to Oklahoma and re-opened his recruitment.
Nelson committed to Oklahoma back in July and was a very active recruiter for the Sooners. A huge part of his decision to attend Oklahoma was to play for former head coach Lincoln Riley.
