By Justin Hopkins, ScoopDuck: One of the top safeties in the country has narrowed his list of schools. Martin (Texas) safety Javien Toviano is the nation’s No. 31 ranked player in the On3 Consensus rankings.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pounder has offers from around the country. But the four-star is down to eight schools including Oregon. (Note: He’s currently rated a 5-star by 247Sports, used as the standard by SportsPac12.)
