247Sports: Transfer portal's 10 highest-rated Group of Five signees in 2024

By Brad Crawford, 247Sports: College football’s 2024 transfer portal cycle is coming to a close and, for the most part, the nation’s hottest free agents all committed to Power Conference programs ahead of the new season.

However, per 247Sports’ player transfer rankings, 10 of the top 275 actually landed in the Group of Five ranks and should bolster those respective rosters in hopes of fighting for a College Football Playoff appearance.
