By Brad Crawford, 247Sports: Syracuse coach Fran Brown is the 2024 247Sports National Recruiter of the Year after the work he put in at both Georgia and his infancy with the Orange. Headlining the top 10 recruiters coming out of Signing Day, Brown was responsible for doing much of the heavy lifting within Georgia’s top-ranked class, and now hopes to flex his recruiting acumen as a first-time head coach in the ACC next season.
Post-signing day revealed college football’s top hauls across the top 25, but the meat and potatoes behind these classes are the coaches who worked tirelessly over the last several years to build relationships with these recruits.
