By Bjorn Bergstrom, Ducks Wire: The 2025-26 campaign for the Oregon Ducks was an abnormality, as head coach Dana Altman had won 20 or more games in each of his previous 15 seasons leading the program. It appears that recruits are trusting that sentiment, as the Ducks kept the commitments of 2026 four-star Tajh Ariza and three-star Seven Spurlock despite coming off of winning just 12 games. Four-star center Kendre Harrison also remains committed, though his focus appears to be on football right now.
Altman went to work in the portal to rebuild next year’s roster, but recruiting has to continue to be at the forefront in order to once again have sustained success.
