Sun Devil Source: Delbarton School (Morristown, N.J.) 2022 tight end/defensive end Pat Caughey played on defense for the first time in his career last season, a role he appeared to show good potential in.
In four games played for the Green Wave, Caughey, who is rated as the No. 54 tight end prospect nationally and No. 29 recruit in New Jersey by the 247Sports Composite, recorded 14 total tackles including 4.0 for a loss and 3.0 sacks, according to MaxPreps, along with three fumble recoveries.
