Juwan Howard, who played in two NCAA national championship games and had a lengthy NBA playing career in which he won the NBA title before becoming an NBA assistant coach and then a collegiate head coach, threw a punch at a Wisconsin assistant coach after Sunday’s game in the Kohl Center.
