By Matt Zemek, Trojans Wire: USC football recruiting might not exactly be terrible. The Trojans could have a top-15 class for 2025. That’s certainly not atrocious. Moreover, USC is taking big swings and is not shying away from high-profile recruitments in the South and other contested regions.
However, for all the swings USC takes, the Trojans aren’t hitting it out of the park. That’s what Dan Lanning is doing at Oregon, as the big hits keep coming — in a good way for Oregon, in a bad way for USC.
