By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: Cameron Ward shouldered the blame after Washington State’s 25-17 loss to UCLA on Saturday.
Ward and the Cougars were stymied on offense and the guy who had torn it up over four games including wins over top 25 opponents, only completed 19 of 39 passes (49 percent) for 197 yards, a touchdown, and two interceptions in the loss for No. 13 Washington State. He sounded like he’d play tomorrow if he could.
