By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: Nick Rolovich after Washington State’s wrenching 26-23 loss to Utah State lamented not putting the game away with a touchdown in the fourth quarter.
 With WSU inside the five-yard-line, Rolovich brought in third-string quarterback Cammon Cooper (6-4, 208) to run two plays from a wishbone formation to try and cap off WSU’s drive.
