By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: Washington State head man Nick Rolovich on Monday said he’s leaning towards starting second-year quarterback Jayden de Laura (6-0, 190) on Saturday against Portland State — regardless if graduate Jarrett Guarantano (6-4, 220) is healthy enough to play after injuring his leg in the opener.
“I think I would lean towards Jayden right now with all things considered,” Rolovich said via Zoom during his weekly presser.
