Washington State wide receiver Kassidy Woods has reportedly opted out of playing this season due to concerns about covid-19. While players have been assured they can’t lose their scholarship for opting out, the 6-4, 225-pounder from Addison, Texas, has been told to clear out his locker.
Theo Lawson of the Spokesman-Review reported that Woods’ support of the Pac-12 player movement announced Sunday had him at odds with head coach Nick Rolovich.
