WSU secondary prevails in marquee matchup vs. Arizona WRs, Jayden de Laura

By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: Heading into Washington State’s tilt at Arizona, a key matchup was always going to be the WSU secondary against ‘Zona’s wideouts. Advantage Wazzu. Jayden de Laura did throw for 357 yards but much of that came late when WSU already had the game in hand.

Four interceptions stand tall, but there were other plays where WSU in its 31-20 win denied Arizona a would-be big play, with Jaden Hicks and Armani Marsh coming up big in particular.
