By Micah Chen, CougFan: 2021 Yakima (Wash.) West Valley DL JP Leahy recently accomplished a lifelong dream when he committed to play D-I football at WSU.
Prior to committing, Leahy had several D-III offers, and was also hearing increased interest from Eastern Washington University. But once WSU reached out with a preferred walk-on, he knew that’s where he wanted to be.
