By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: Washington State is expected to hire Eti Ena to coach defensive tackles per Adam Rittenberg of ESPN, filling yet another position coach vacancy and checking off the important necessity of having a Polynesian coach on staff. That pipeline has long been vital to the success of WSU and Ena, the nephew of former Coug RB Tali Ena, fits the bill.
Ena will join Andrew Browning in coaching the defensive line, with Rittenberg noting that Ena will focus on defensive tackles with Browning centering his focus on the defensive ends or EDGEs, depending on how WSU classifies them.
