By Barry Bolton, CougFan: Anne McCoy was formally introduced as the new athletic director at Washington State on Tuesday. She said her top priority, “the “elephant in the room,” is finding the permanent conference home for the Cougs. She likened the stage Wazzu was in right now to the early stages of building a house.
“I’ve told some of you, this endeavor with conference affiliation is going to be a little like building a house,” said McCoy.
