By Nick Kosko, 247Sports: Spencer Rattler,the former Oklahoma starting quarterback who has since landed at South Carolina, was linked to Arizona State this offseason after the Phoenix native entered the transfer portal.
There was speculation as to his legitimate interest in the Sun Devils and just how close he was to committing to Herm Edwards and company. Sun Devil Source’s Chris Karpman cleared up what happened with Rattler.
